Plus & Pro interest-list privacy notice
Effective: 29 August 2026
This notice covers the optional Grihini Plus and Pro interest form at grihiniapp.in/waitlist/. It is separate from the data you keep in the Grihini app.
Joining is not a purchase or subscription. We do not ask for card or payment details, do not charge you, and do not activate a plan automatically.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your name, only if you choose to provide it.
- Whether you selected Grihini Plus, Grihini Pro or both.
- Your consent version and time, a one-way hash of the connection address, and limited browser information used for security and abuse prevention.
- Short operational request records used for rate limiting; these are routinely removed after 90 days.
Why we use it
Big Helpers uses this information only to understand demand and send relevant Grihini plan launch or early-access updates. It is not used to change your current app, enroll you in a paid plan, or collect household or staff data.
Choice and retention
Your latest submission replaces your earlier Plus/Pro selection for the same email address. We keep an active interest until you ask us to withdraw it or the interest-list purpose ends. If a plan launches, you will see the final features and price and choose again before any purchase or activation.
At launch, web purchase will be offered through Razorpay; iOS and Android purchases will be offered through the App Store and Google Play respectively. The applicable checkout terms and privacy information will be shown before you buy.
Storage and sharing
The list is stored in a protected Big Helpers database outside the public website. We do not sell the list. Access is limited to people and service providers needed to operate the list and send the updates you requested, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Withdraw or ask a question
Email admin@bighelpers.in from the address you joined with. You may ask us to correct or remove your interest-list information.

रुचि सूची में जुड़ना खरीदारी या सदस्यता नहीं है। हम कार्ड या भुगतान की जानकारी नहीं माँगते, कोई शुल्क नहीं लेते और कोई प्लान अपने-आप चालू नहीं करते।
हम क्या लेते हैं
- आपका ईमेल पता।
- आपका नाम, केवल अगर आप देना चाहें।
- आपने Grihini Plus, Grihini Pro या दोनों में से क्या चुना।
- आपकी सहमति का संस्करण और समय, कनेक्शन पते का एकतरफ़ा हैश, और सुरक्षा व दुरुपयोग रोकने के लिए सीमित ब्राउज़र जानकारी।
- रेट लिमिट के लिए छोटे संचालन रिकॉर्ड; ये 90 दिन बाद नियमित रूप से हटा दिए जाते हैं।
हम इसका उपयोग क्यों करते हैं
Big Helpers इस जानकारी का उपयोग केवल माँग समझने और आपके चुने हुए Grihini प्लान के लॉन्च या शुरुआती उपलब्धता की खबर भेजने के लिए करता है। इससे आपका मौजूदा ऐप नहीं बदलेगा, कोई भुगतान वाला प्लान चालू नहीं होगा और घर या स्टाफ का डेटा नहीं लिया जाएगा।
आपका चुनाव और जानकारी रखने की अवधि
उसी ईमेल से बाद में भेजा गया चुनाव आपके पुराने Plus/Pro चुनाव को बदल देता है। आपकी सक्रिय रुचि तब तक रखी जाती है जब तक आप उसे हटाने को न कहें या इस सूची का उद्देश्य समाप्त न हो जाए। अगर कोई प्लान आया तो खरीदने या चालू करने से पहले अंतिम खूबियाँ और कीमत देखकर आप फिर से चुनेंगे।
प्लान आने पर वेबसाइट की खरीद Razorpay से और iOS व Android की खरीद क्रमशः App Store व Google Play से दी जाएगी। खरीदने से पहले लागू चेकआउट शर्तें और प्राइवेसी जानकारी दिखाई जाएगी।
जानकारी कहाँ रहती है और किससे बाँटी जाती है
यह सूची सार्वजनिक वेबसाइट के बाहर सुरक्षित Big Helpers डेटाबेस में रहती है। हम सूची बेचते नहीं हैं। पहुँच केवल उन लोगों और सेवा प्रदाताओं को होती है जिन्हें सूची चलाने और आपकी माँगी हुई खबर भेजने के लिए इसकी ज़रूरत है, उचित सुरक्षा के साथ।
नाम हटवाना या सवाल पूछना
जिस ईमेल से आपने सूची में नाम जोड़ा था, उसी से admin@bighelpers.in पर लिखें। आप अपनी रुचि सूची की जानकारी सुधरवाने या हटवाने को कह सकते हैं।
